My guys eat it readily although they still have a small amount of kibbles available to them throughout the day.  It is so perfect for early starting the babies.  I have two babies I had to pull from Momma at 4 weeks.  I just popped a bit of the raw in their mouths and then showed them the bowl and they dug right in.  I saw no change in their stools other than they got firmer and smaller looking within about 2 days.

The differences I've seen in kittens is more weight substance; not just a round tummy but overall better muscle tone and weight distribution.  Firmer stool, no soft stool at all and very little in the litterbox - no odor as well.  They also drink much less water.
